Income-qualified housing application - Kinstead participates in an income-based housing program provided by McKinney Housing Authority for select apartment homes. These residences are offered at reduced rates to qualifying applicants based on household income. We have provided an income to household ratio chart below. If your gross annual income and household size fit within those guidelines, you may be eligible. If you believe you qualify, select a floor plan ending with IR*
